JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide professional and excellent customer service in product selection and proposed services. Identify and understand customer needs and find the best solution to their needs, using Modale services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Approach customers in-store and at-site projects to understand their needs and objections.
- Consult customers on our extended services and present financing options to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by friendly exchanges as well as to keep customers satisfied.
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed expectations.
- Collect market and competitor information, and customer feedback, and resolve customer concerns.
- Actively learn and master knowledge about brands and products: style, product characteristics, materials, sizes,… from partners and suppliers.
- Work with the design department to assist customers with interior consulting and product selection to suit customer needs.
- Report to: Deputy General Manager

REQUIREMENTS FOR KNOWLEDGE:
- Level: College degree or higher education in Business or interior design
- Trained to Specialize in business, interior design, furniture or real estate
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience with a proven track record in furniture, retail, real estate or interior design tech companies. Experience in both B2C and B2B sales, with a preference for B2C
- Foreign language: speak English fluently
- Office skills: Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; able to handle data and analysis
- Communication Skill Confident, proactive in communication, and capable of establishing necessary relationships for work.
- Presentation and Sales abilities: Excellent presentation abilities and sales capabilities
- Honest in work, takes responsibility for tasks, and does not pass on work to others.
- Keeps necessary information confidential.
- Willing to work hard and patiently learn on the job.
- Teamwork: Possesses a team-oriented spirit and collaborates well with other departments.
Work Place: Modale Showroom, District 9, and Mockup Unit at Masterise’s projects
